How It Works

• Inbox Integration: Connects to a Google email inbox using OAuth credentials. Fetches emails and displays them in a paginated table.
• Customizable Screening: HR users can specify Job Titles, Prompt for Requirements, and Instructions to tailor the AI's evaluation criteria.
• Email Selection & Processing: Users select emails from the inbox table and process them with a single click.
• AI-Powered Analysis: The backend uses a chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Gemini, or DeepSeek) to parse candidate information, generate a summary, and score each candidate.
• Results Display: Results are shown in a table with color-coded scores for quick assessment.
• Settings & Configuration: Users can configure Google API credentials, AI provider, model, and API keys.
