Project Overview

The HR Information System is a comprehensive web-based platform designed to manage employee records, attendance, payroll, government contributions, leave requests, and official business workflows for organizations. The system features robust access control, real-time data analytics, automated notifications, and seamless integration with government compliance forms (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). The dashboard provides administrators with live statistics on employee attendance, leave, work-from-home status, and other key HR metrics.

• Full Stack Developer (Feb 2025 – May 2025, ELi IT & Business Solutions, Valenzuela City)
• Performed system maintenance and optimization, resolving complex bugs and implementing front-end enhancements to improve performance.
• Developed AJAX solutions to optimize data loading, eliminating full-page reloads during data fetch operations.
• Created PHP data models enabling single-click database schema updates in production, streamlining database management for virtual OS deployments.
• Implemented automated notifications for request workflows (e.g., Leave Request, Official Business Request, Undertime Request).
